Founder’s Office – Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the founders to help build the company from the ground up.
This is a hands-on execution role at the core of the company: turning founder-level decisions into precise, high-quality execution across projects, operations, and internal processes — with a strong AI-first mindset.
What you’ll do
Act as execution support for the founders across key projects and initiatives
Handle day-to-day operations to keep the team moving fast and aligned
Support internal and external (enterprise client) projects
Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and operations
Proactively use AI tools to research, structure, automate, and solve problems
Build, document, and continuously improve onboarding processes for new enterprise clients and users to ensure fast time-to-value at scale
You’ll be a great fit if you
Have 2–5 years of experience in operations, founder’s office, or execution-heavy roles
Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through
Thrive under high standards and enjoy working closely with demanding founders
Have an AI-first mindset and naturally look for smarter, faster ways to work
Are comfortable operating across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS / fintech / early-stage startups
Familiarity with Linear, HubSpot, and Miro
Exposure to automation, internal tooling, or AI-powered workflows
This is not a purely strategic or administrative role — it’s a core execution role with real ownership and long-term growth.
