We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the founders to help build the company from the ground up.

This is a hands-on execution role at the core of the company: turning founder-level decisions into precise, high-quality execution across projects, operations, and internal processes — with a strong AI-first mindset.


What you’ll do

  • Act as execution support for the founders across key projects and initiatives

  • Handle day-to-day operations to keep the team moving fast and aligned

  • Support internal and external (enterprise client) projects

  • Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and operations

  • Proactively use AI tools to research, structure, automate, and solve problems

  • Build, document, and continuously improve onboarding processes for new enterprise clients and users to ensure fast time-to-value at scale


You’ll be a great fit if you

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in operations, founder’s office, or execution-heavy roles

  • Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through

  • Thrive under high standards and enjoy working closely with demanding founders

  • Have an AI-first mindset and naturally look for smarter, faster ways to work

  • Are comfortable operating across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup


Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS / fintech / early-stage startups

  • Familiarity with Linear, HubSpot, and Miro

  • Exposure to automation, internal tooling, or AI-powered workflows


This is not a purely strategic or administrative role — it’s a core execution role with real ownership and long-term growth.
