We are looking for a Revenue Operations profile based in Spain (hybrid: office + remote) to build and run our go-to-market engine.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of GTM, sales enablement, and operations.

You won’t be closing deals — you’ll make sure sales executives have the right system, data, and materials to close faster and better.


What you’ll do

  • Design, operate, and continuously improve the full GTM system: funnel, stages, handoffs, and metrics

  • Own and manage our CRM and revenue infrastructure (HubSpot)

  • Create, update, and maintain high-quality sales materials for sales executives (decks, one-pagers, messaging, internal playbooks)

  • Ensure sales always works with accurate, consistent, and up-to-date content

  • Provide clean pipelines, dashboards, and prioritization to the sales team

  • Work closely with sales and founders to turn GTM strategy into execution


You’ll be a great fit if you

  • Have experience in Revenue Ops / Sales Ops / GTM Ops in B2B SaaS

  • Have built or operated GTM systems end-to-end

  • Have exceptional attention to detail and genuinely care about quality and consistency

  • Are comfortable working with high standards and a strong sense of ownership

  • Speak fluent English (daily interaction with the US market)


Nice to have

  • Experience in early-stage or scaling SaaS companies

  • Strong HubSpot experience

  • Exposure to AI-driven products or AI-driven GTM motions
